More than half (58%) of American adults used virtual care in the past year, a five percentage-point decrease since 2023, according to a survey about their 2024 use of virtual care. Overall, 53% of all survey respondents said they owned a health-related wearable device, and 54% said they tracked at least one health metric digitally.
