Oklahoma Cancels Tulsa County CCBHC Contracts Due To Procurement Protest, Reissues RFP

Due to an ongoing procurement protest, on April 16, 2025, the Oklahoma Office of Management & Enterprise Services (OMES) issued a request for proposals (RFP EV00000672) to rebid the Tulsa County certified community behavioral health clinic (CCHBC) contracts. The RFP seeks bids to provide CCBHC services in four catchment areas. Responses are due by May 19, 2025.
