Across the states, New Mexico;is the most affected by the effects of substance use disorder (SUD), and Hawaii is the least affected, according to an analysis and ranking by Wallet Hub, based on the rate of drug use and addiction, the number of drug arrests per capita, and access to SUD treatment facilities.
