Indiana Outsources Statewide Adult Protective Services To PCG In $19.5 Million Contract
The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) awarded a three-year contract valued at $19.5 million to PCG of Indiana, Inc. that outsources statewide staffing and operations support services for Adult Protective Services (APS). These services were previously provided by state and local employees. The contract goes live July 1, 2025. The initial three-year contract term is followed by three one-year renewal options.;
