Colorado Updates Medicaid Rules

On May 28, 2025, Colorado Governor Jared Polis signed legislation that includes provisions to improve Medicaid by streamlining administration, billing, and review procedures. The legislation, House Bill 25-1216 (HB25-1213), goes into effect on August 5, 2025.;;;;
