California Reports Increased Use Of Free BrightLife Kids & Soluna Behavioral Health Platforms
The California Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) reported that between January 2024 and May 2025, more than 319,000 youth and families established accounts to use BrightLife Kids or Soluna, the two free virtual behavioral health services available through the CYBHI Behavioral Health Virtual Services Platform. Together, the two apps provided users with more than 62,000 coaching sessions.
