Only 1 in 4 employees (25%) strongly agree that their organization cares about their well-being in 2025, according to a recent study. This perception declined by 7.5 percentage points from 2024 to 2025. The researchers concluded that the trend indicates increased uncertainty or dissatisfaction with workplace well-being support.
