The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) and Blue Cross Blue Shield NC are preparing to launch the new statewide Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP) on December 1, 2025. The CFSP will be managed under the name Healthy Blue Care Together.;
