Of the respondents, 71% describe potential reimbursement changes as “catastrophic” and “devastating”—with tariffs, 340B reform, site-neutral payment expansion, staffing, and inflation all adding to the escalating strategic pressures. After Medicaid, the other strategic concerns are 340B reform (19%), reduction in grant/research funding (15%), and tariffs (13%).
