The Engagement Issue
The level of engagement of health care organization staff is on the decline again, dropping 0.02 points on a 5-point scale, after a slight rebound in 2023. A recent study—Healthcare Employee Experience 2025—found that 69% of health care employees are engaged or highly engaged, and 8% are disengaged from their work.
