55% Of U.S. Health Care Workers Plan To Switch Jobs Within One Year
The top three reasons why more than half of health care workers (55%) are planning to look for new job openings in the next year, interview, or switch jobs, are inadequate compensation and benefits (49%), burnout or emotional fatigue (48%), and a lack of career advancement, personal development, or education opportunities (48%), according to a recent workforce trends report. Of those considering an employment change, 38% are thinking about another role within their existing organization.
