The Next Leadership Iteration
What are organizations looking for in the next iteration of their leadership teams? In a recent survey of human resources executives—2025 Global Leadership Development Study: Fast, Fluid, and Future-Focused—the most important leadership skills in the year ahead are the ability to adapt their leadership behaviors to specific situations (41%); to master a wide range of leadership behaviors (34%); and to function in an environment of constant change (30%).
