The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) announced on October 14, 2025, the creation of the AdvaNCe Health Together Learning Community, developed in partnership with national consulting firm OPEN MINDS and Trillium Health Resources, a North Carolina Local Management Entity / Managed Care Organization (LME/MCO). The AdvaNCe Health Together training and collaboration model is designed to support the state's Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CBHCs) that are preparing to meet certification standards.
