Court Temporarily Halts HUD Change To Homeless Housing Grants For Continuum Of Care Builds Program

An abrupt change to a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) issued by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds) was temporarily blocked by a court ruling on a lawsuit filed by affected provider organizations.
