Direct support professionals (DSPs) caring for North Carolina residents with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) and the families they serve reported already feeling affected by wage cuts ranging from 3% to 10%, according to a brief survey conducted by the North Carolina Council on Developmental Disabilities (NCCDD).
