Philadelphia Issues RFP For Correctional Physical & Behavioral Health Care

The Philadelphia Department of Prisons (PDP) issued a request for proposals (RFP 21251027113751) seeking a contractor to provide correctional physical and behavioral health services, plus medications and pharmacy services to adult inmates and juvenile detainees. The RFP was released on November 5, 2025, with responses due by January 14, 2026. The services are for inmates, juvenile detainees, and other residents in the Philadelphia Department of Human Services, Juvenile Justice Services Center, and for detainees held at the Police Administration Building.
