$25 Million In Funding Will Advance Amae Health’s AI-Driven Platform For Treating Severe Mental Illness, Help Open Integrated Care Clinics & Advance Research
Amae Health recently announced that it raised $25 million in funding, which it intends to mainly use toward opening Amae clinics across the U.S.; advance Amae’s artificial intelligence (AI)-driven care platform; and support research into mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and treatment-resistant depression.
Amae is an integrated whole person care provider organization that specializes in treating severe mental illness through a model that combines physical and mental health care. Amae Health’s Amae Institute partners with research hospitals and academic experts to research severe mental illness, according to the funding announcement.
