New York OMH To Fund ‘Daniel’s Law’ Pilot Programs For Community Behavioral Health Crisis Response
The New York State (NYS) Office of Mental Health (OMH) announced the availability of $6 million for the expansion and/or creation of community behavioral health crisis response pilot programs that must be consistent with the Daniel's Law Task Force Behavioral Health Crisis Response Program. OMH seeks to award funding to establish at least three pilot teams, one each in an urban, suburban, and rural area.
