Survey: 25% Of ACA Marketplace Enrollees Would Go Without Insurance If Premium Payments Doubled

If premium payments doubled, 32% of Affordable Care Act (ACA) Health Insurance Marketplace enrollees indicated they would very likely seek a marketplace plan with cheaper premiums, even if there were higher deductibles and co-pays. Another 25% said they would very likely forgo insurance coverage entirely. These insights and more were revealed as part of a recent survey from KFF (formerly known as Kaiser Family Foundation), a non-profit organization focused on health policy.
