Profitability Improved For CARF-Accredited Continuing Care Retirement/Life Plan Communities In 2024
Profitability for single-site continuing care retirement (CCR)/life plan communities (LPCs) accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) increased between 2023 and 2024, according to an analysis of financial metrics.
CCR/LPCs are two names used for the same type of senior living arrangement. CCR is an older term still used by some states; LPC is the preferred industry term.
