Employers Rely On EAPs As Strategic Organizational & Risk Management Partners

Employers are relying on employee assistance programs (EAPs) to provide leadership consulting, in addition to providing employee mental health services, according to an analysis of organizational consulting cases.

The analysis was based on a five-year data set from AllOne Health, a national EAP in the United States.
