University Of Alabama At Birmingham Awarded $2.7 Million For Underserved Community Mental Health Training
The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) announced that two faculty members in the school’s College of Arts and Sciences were awarded a total of $2.7 million from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). UAB is using the funding to expand training on community mental health for doctoral psychology students and to expand training for undergraduate psychology students on how to support youth and families.
