Nearly 40% of working-aged people with disabilities were employed in November and December 2025, the highest level since mid-2023, according to a recent report. The total percentage of working-age people with disabilities ages 16 to 64 was 39.8% in November 2025 and 38.9% in December 2025—higher than levels observed during the final months of 2024.
