OPEN MINDS 2026 Performance Management Institute Draws Record Attendance As Executives Focus On Sustainable Growth

GETTYSBURG, PA. (February 2026) — More than 700 executives gathered in-person and virtually for the The 2026 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute, held February 10–12, 2026, in Clearwater Beach, Florida. With 600 leaders attending onsite and more than 100 participating virtually, the Institute sold out for the first time since the pandemic, as executives prioritized practical strategies for sustainability and growth.

Designed for executive and operational leaders, the Institute delivered actionable guidance on workforce sustainability, financial performance, data-driven decision-making, and aligning clinical, operational, and revenue strategies for long-term success. A highlight of the institute was the Wednesday morning keynote discussion between David C. Guth, Chief Executive Officer of Centerstone, and CJ Davis, former Chief Executive Officer of Brightli and CEO-elect of Centerstone. Moderated by Monica E. Oss, CEO of OPEN MINDS, the discussion explored lessons learned from the landmark merger between Centerstone and Brightli. The leaders emphasized the importance of mission alignment, disciplined integration planning, and focusing on community impact—not just organizational scale.

Two executive summits also drew strong participation:

The 2026 OPEN MINDS Whole Person Care Summit, sponsored by Alera Health, examined how provider organizations are operationalizing integrated care models—aligning teams, technology, and payer strategy to deliver measurable outcomes across physical, behavioral, and social health domains.

The 2026 OPEN MINDS Workforce AI Summit, sponsored by Netsmart, focused on practical applications of artificial intelligence to reduce administrative burden, improve recruitment and retention, optimize revenue cycle performance, and enhance consumer engagement.

Across sessions, leaders engaged in candid discussions about sustainability, scale, workforce resilience, and accountability in value-based environments. The exhibit hall featured 28 companies offering technology and service solutions addressing operational, financial, and workforce challenges in behavioral health. Networking receptions and sponsored events hosted by Alera Health, Netsmart, Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, and Qualifacts provided additional opportunities for executive collaboration.

“Leaders came to the Institute focused on building organizations that are sustainable, scalable, and outcome-driven,” said Monica E. Oss, Chief Executive Officer of OPEN MINDS. “The level of engagement reflected a field that is serious about strengthening performance and preparing for what comes next.”
