New York Bars NaphCare From Correctional Health Contracts For Five Years Following Corporate Practice Of Medicine Violations

The New York Office of Attorney General (OAG) announced a settlement with correctional health care provider NaphCare, LLC (NaphCare) that bans the company and its affiliates from holding correctional health care contracts with state or local facilities for the next five years. Additionally, NaphCare must pay $875,000 to the state.
