Bamboo Health To Host Executive Webinar On How One State Achieved 98% Faster Referral Response With Integrated Data & Coordination Tools
BOSTON, MA. (May 2, 2026) — Bamboo Health, a leader in coordinated care across health systems, will present How One State Achieved 98% Faster Referral Response With Integrated Data & Coordination Tools, a free webinar hosted by OPEN MINDS on May 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. Featuring an industry expert at Delaware Division of Substance Abuse (DSAMH), this session will equip care leaders to move from siloed data environments to a connected, collaborative ecosystem.
“Providers and health plans are expected to deliver high quality outcomes sometimes with limited resources.” said Deanne Cornette, Senior Associate at OPEN MINDS. “Having a dedicated data sharing and interoperability approach improves outcomes while at the same time reducing workload because of more effective care the first time.”
When referrals rely on phone calls, faxes and disconnected systems, individuals seeking behavioral health treatment can fall through the cracks. DSAMH faced this challenge head-on—transforming their fragmented systems use into a more connected, coordinated approach with interoperable data and real-time visibility.
This webinar will explore how cross-agency data sharing and innovative technology implementations can reduce duplication, close service gaps, and improve outcomes for high-need, high-cost populations.
Attendees will gain strategic insights into:
- Tangible, best practice approaches to governance decision-making
- Privacy and implementation considerations when supporting whole person care
- An executive-level roadmap for building interoperable systems that support coordinated, countywide care
