Ohio Advances Statewide MyCare Expansion With Phase 2 FIDE-SNP Rollout
The Ohio Medicaid program launched Phase 2 of its MyCare expansion for individuals dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid, according to an April 1, 2026 announcement. The program serves more than 250,000 Ohioans and introduced the Next Generation MyCare Medicare Advantage fully integrated dual eligible special needs plans (FIDE-SNP) in 10 additional counties, building on the program’s existing footprint of 29 counties. The final phase of the statewide expansion is scheduled for August 1, 2026.
