Health Care & Education Account For 94% Of March 2026 Private Job Growth As Other Sectors Stall Or Decline

In March 2026, private sector employment increased by 62,000 jobs, with 94% of those gains concentrated in education and health services, according to the ADP National Employment Report. During the same period, total private sector employment reached 132.3 million workers.
