Mercy Receives PCORI Funding To Expand Hypertension Care Program
Mercy received funding from the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) to expand evidence-based hypertension care across its health system. According to the organization, the award was issued through PCORI’s Health Systems Implementation Initiative (HSII), although final funding remains subject to completion of PCORI’s review and contracting process.
Mercy stated that more than 91,000 consumers may be eligible for the program during the implementation period, which is expected to continue through 2030.
