Of all physicians in the U.S., cardiologists saw the highest health care pay growth in 2025 (10%) to reach $575,000, according to a recent report. During the same year, pediatrics and rheumatology saw no pay growth, with 2025 pay at $248,000 for rheumatologists and $266,000 for pediatricians.
