Oregon Adopts Four-Year Plan To Expand Community-Based Services For Youth With Complex Behavioral Health Needs

Oregon’s System of Care Advisory Council (SOCAC) has adopted a four-year strategic plan intended to expand access to community-based treatment and create a sustainable service infrastructure for youth with complex behavioral health needs or intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
