Massachusetts Medicaid To End Community Partner Program Serving 35,000 High-Need Beneficiaries
MassHealth, Massachusetts' Medicaid program, is ending its Community Partner (CP) program effective June 30, 2026. The move will eliminate the state's dedicated Community Partner care management program, which currently serves approximately 35,000 high-need beneficiaries statewide, including individuals experiencing homelessness and those with complex behavioral health and long-term service needs.
