Health Recovery Solutions Acquires Rimidi To Expand Remote Care Programs

Health Recovery Solutions (HRS), a remote patient monitoring (RPM) and enterprise remote consumer care company, acquired Rimidi, a chronic disease management and remote monitoring company with expertise in diabetes and cardiometabolic care. Financial terms were not disclosed.

HRS has provided RPM services for over a decade, serving more than one million consumers and hundreds of health care organizations across North America.
