California’s San Luis Obispo County Awards Crestwood Behavioral Health $4.6 Million Contract To Operate New Youth Psychiatric Facility
The San Luis Obispo (SLO) County (California) Board of Supervisors approved a contract with Crestwood Behavioral Health to operate a four-bed Enhanced Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (E-STRTP) providing youth crisis services. The contract is valued at $4.6 million over an initial two-year term running from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028. The initial term is followed by three one-year renewal options through June 30, 2031.
The services are funded in part through a $3.7 million State Children's Crisis Continuum Pilot Program grant awarded to the SLO County Department of Social Services . . .
