Health Care Professionals Report Increased Trust In Payers & Digital Tool Benefits
Health care professionals are showing signs of confidence in their relationships with health insurance payers, along with a growing belief in the value of digital tools and artificial intelligence (AI) for easing administrative work, according to newly released survey findings. More than four in ten (44%) health care professionals said their current payers prioritize consumer well-being and communicate coverage information clearly. About 36% said their payers consistently follow through on commitments.
