About half of adults ages 19 to 64 who were enrolled in Medicaid and/or received Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits during 2024 had worked full-time (at least 35 hours per week) at some point during the year. Of the 28 million Medicaid beneficiaries ages 19 to 64, 13.8 million worked at some point during 2024.
