Chaired by Ray Wolfe, J.D., Senior Associate at OPEN MINDS, the summit moves from strategic scenario planning and ROI analysis to the growth and managed care decisions that determine financial sustainability.
Matt Kresic, MPA, Chief Executive Officer of Cadence Care Network, and Marti Taylor, Chief Executive Officer of OhioRISE, Aetna, will lead a discussion on building high-value managed care partnerships. Speaking from both provider and payer sides, they will discuss how finance leaders can evaluate payer mix, structure stronger contract terms, and position their organizations as high-value managed care partners.
Robert C. Dunne, CPA, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Devereux, takes up the CFO’s expanding role in growth. As consolidation accelerates across behavioral health, the session will examine the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships, from assessing organizational readiness to structuring agreements that balance risk with long-term value.
