Optum Health To Expand Home-Based Care Programs For Rural Members With Complex Chronic Conditions

Optum Health plans to expand three house call and home-based care pilots for rural members with complex chronic conditions, according to statements made in United Health Group’s second-quarter 2026 investor earnings call. The three pilots are the HouseCalls program, the Care at Home program, and the Optum at Home program.
