Hartford HealthCare & K Health Launch PatientGPT A New 24/7 AI Bridge To The Clinical Care Team

Health system Hartford HealthCare and K Health have launched PatientGPT, a new artificial intelligence (AI) system that can securely access a user's medical record to provide personalized health education and connect users to a virtual visit upon request. Accessible through the Hartford HealthCare consumer portal and app, PatientGPT is currently rolling out in beta to a limited number of consumers. The tool is currently available only to Hartford HealthCare consumers age 18 and older in Connecticut.
