Acentra Health Acquires FEI Systems To Expand Technology & Clinical Solutions For Medicaid, LTSS, HCBS & Behavioral Health
Acentra Health, a technology and health solutions company serving government and commercial clients, announced the acquisition of FEI Systems. The transaction expands Acentra Health’s health care technology portfolio to include Medicaid Enterprise System, care management, long-term services and supports (LTSS), home- and community-based services (HCBS), and behavioral health solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition combines two organizations with experience helping state and federal agencies modernize health care delivery through technology and clinical expertise.
