Octave Introduces WiseMatch Index To Help Payers Match Consumers To Behavioral Health Professionals

Octave Health Group introduced the WiseMatch Index, a methodology for matching consumers with in-network behavioral health professionals based on their clinical needs and preferences, and the professional’s availability. The Index is part of WiseMatch, a technology platform for locating and booking in-network mental health care. Its Clinical Quality Measure assesses therapists based on treatment fit and effectiveness. The Clinical Quality Measure has undergone an independent peer review by Motive Medical Intelligence, a health care professional performance measurement company.
