Health Net To End Three California Medicaid Community Supports Services By January 2027

California Medicaid managed care organization (MCO) Health Net plans to discontinue three Medi-Cal Community Supports services effective January 1, 2027: Assisted Living Facility Transitions (ALFT), Personal Care and Homemaker Services (PCHS), and Short-Term Post-Hospitalization Housing (STPHH). Approximately 3,500 Medi-Cal members are affected by the ALFT decision. The total number of members affected across all three services has not been specified.
