About 70% of health care workers under age 30 expect to look for a new role within the next year, while 59% of direct care workers across all age groups said they were likely to look at job openings, interview, or move to another role. Career advancement and development appear to be significant factors in that mobility: 80% of workers said clear opportunities for advancement were important, but only 26% had a great deal of trust that their employer would support their long-term career.
