INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s Largest Non-Profit Health System, To Become Risant Health’s Third Member

On October 21, 2026, Risant Health and INTEGRIS Health announced a definitive agreement for INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest non-profit health system, to become Risant Health’s third member, following Geisinger in Pennsylvania and Cone Health in North Carolina. The affiliation will expand Risant Health’s value-based platform into Oklahoma, while INTEGRIS Health will retain its name, leadership, and existing health plan relationships. The transaction is expected to close in early 2027, pending regulatory approval.
