Maryland DHMH OPASS – 14-13835 Seeks Administrative Services Organization For The Public Behavioral Health System

On February 6, 2014, the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH), Medicaid, Office of Health Services released a request for proposals (RFP DHMH-OPASS-14-13835) seeking an administrative services organization (ASO) for the public behavioral health system. Proposals are due by March 18, 2013, and the contract is slated to start January 1, 2015, six months after DHMH merges the Mental Hygiene Administration and the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration into a new Behavioral Health Administration.
