On December 7, 2011 the Alliance for Children and Families (The Alliance) announced that it had awarded a total of $2.5 million in grants as part of its multi-year pilot project called “Strategy Counts.” Funded by the Kresge Foundation, Strategy Counts is aimed at enhancing the capacity of non-profitorganizations to better serve their communities.
