On January 16, 2014, the federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) awarded Turning Point of Central California, Inc. a five-year contract valued at $3.6 million to provide residential reentry center services in Bakersfield, California. The contract has a two-year base period, followed by three one-year renewal options; it runs through January 15, 2019. This document is teh BOP request for proposal.
