Wellness Programs on the Increase
OPEN MINDS The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News 79% of major American corporations now have wellness programs (compared with 46% in 1985) according to Hay/Huggins 1989 survey. And, more than two-thirds of the worksites in the U.S. have some type of wellness effort according to the Omaha-based Wellness Councils of America. These trends in wellness were reported by Lynnn E.
