Psychiatric Solutions Inc. Acquires Five Inpatient Facilities From United Medical

(PSI) announced it acquired five inpatient psychiatric facilities from United Medical Corporation, encompassing nearly 300 acute beds and 100 residential treatment center beds. The facilities are located in Florida and Kentucky. The deal is expected to generate approximately $68 million in revenue for PSI over the next year.
