Res-Care Acquires Bumpershoot Enterprises

(Nasdaq: NM:RSCR) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Bumpershoot Enterprises, a privately-held provider of services to persons with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. Based in Riverside, California. Bumpershoot, with approximately $1.8 million in annualized revenue, provides support services to 40 individuals in seven community homes located in Riverside and neighboring areas.
